The forms are in .txt format. You will need to download the file by right clicking (pc) or control+clickicking (mac), then open it in any text editor and fill out the indicated fields.

Once you've completed the form, e-mail it to audiomaticmastering@gmail.com and we will get your order in process. Once your order is in the system, we'll call you for the deposit.

If sending forms by e-mail isn't your thing, we can do any of this over the phone or via the USPS. Just call us at 740.708.1092 and we can take it from there.
